quotes Read your messages and you won't have any problems. These pedals were up for sale for son long that I decided to take them apart to rebuild and that same night I see your message and I told you what was going on.

Assumption is the Mother of all eff-ups. Don't post inaccurate listings, and you wont have anymore problems.

We're going to keep going around in circles here. Your ad clearly states that the pedals were complete, also that they could use some attention. All that arrived in the box were spare parts, half of which were damaged behind repair (the set of wings that were bent to shi!t...?) Why would you assume anything about my plans with the parts?

When in fact, had you told me, I would have told you to send everything because the pedals were for a beater bike (needed complete) and the rebuild kit was for my Ti Egg Beaters when they eventually require it. The point is, you sold spare parts as complete pedals. That's what it boils down to.

Yes, you told me that you took them apart and had planned to rebuild them. You said nothing about only having the springs, wings and spindles remaining. My point is that had I not also got the rebuild kit from you, the spare parts you advertised as complete pedals would have been useless. Then I would have been understandably upset as what I received was not what was advertised.

You never said that without also getting the rebuilt kit, that these "pedals" were nothing more than spare parts. Read your own ad: "Well used crank brother pedals, still work fine but there is a little loose in the wings, missing a cap and slightly loose bearings.

Would benefit from a rebuild.."

Should have read like this: "Box of spare Crank Bro's Spare Parts for Egg Beaters. Includes wings, springs and spindles. Bearings, bushings and fasteners not included."

That would have been good to know before buying the spare parts that were presented as complete pedals. As I say, I'm happy I got both together.

I had cash ready for the delivery guy when he arrived, paid him immediately upon his first attempt, as promised. Sorry for the delay, it doesn't normally take this long. I do really appreciate you working with me on this deal, and as it turned out when I openned the package to start cleaning and assembling the Egg Beaters, I was very happy that I got the Rebuild Kit as well. Otherwise, I would have just had a box of spare parts (no, bearings, no bushings, no fasteners)...?
